      Upon order placement:

 

      Please check carefully to ensure that

• Your name, phone number, address and email address are correct
• Tile sizes, finishes and colours are correct
• The tiles your are purchasing are suitable for where you are using them
• You are satisfied with the level of variation from tile to tile

     Upon receipt of goods:

 

• Check that the sizes, finishes and colours are correct and of one shade
• Check for breakages and take clear photos of any broken peices you need replaced – a small number of chipped peices can usually be used by the tiler for cuts
