LEXATONIA TILES RETURN POLICY
Our return policy complies with the ACCC
We accept change of mind returns or exchanges for full priced stock items* within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock and shade availability. Clearance, sale, or end of line lot items are not accepted for change of mind or oversupply. All returned boxes must be in original unopened cartons. All returns carry a 30% handling fee plus courier fees if required.
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund, return or exchange non-stock items** for change of mind or oversupply.
Before delivery, please check your sales order or invoice. Check the sizes, finishes and colours are correct. Before installing, ensure the tile correct and of one shade.
Any breakages will be supplied with replacement tiles, breakages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note that shade variation from shipment to shipment is a normal and natural part of tiles, and cannot be controlled. Minor variations may occur between displays and products delivered.
Measurements calculated from house plans is done as service only and we recommend checking with your tiler or builder on the final quantities. We do not accept responsibility for shortages or surplus.
In the highly unlikely event that a product is faulty, you can return for a full refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect goods prior to installation, as laying of the product constitutes acceptance and therefore no claims can be considered after installation.
